Elk Island Ride

This Saturday Ed has a ride planned to take you through the north end of Elk Island National Park. It’s the quiet side of the park.

We will need Annual National Park Passes to help get us entry to the park. Each pass will allow 7 riders (including the holder) to enter the park. Please, if you have your own National Park Pass, bring it with you this Saturday.

The ride starts at 9am from the Ardrossan Rec Centre. Ed will again be the main ride leader, taking you on this 110km route:

Please save this link and/or download it to your GPS bike computer.

Those riders who would rather go only about 60km can double-back to Ardrossan before entering the west Elk Island Park gates.

Bruderheim is about half-way on this route, and will be used as a refuelling stop for those that need it.

We still need ride pre-registrations to ask you the COVID-19 symptom screening questions, and should any follow-up contact tracing become necessary.

Please preregister by 7:30am Saturday morning for this ride >>>HERE<<<

To me it doesn’t matter whether it’s raining or the sun is shining or whatever: as long as I’m riding a bike I know I’m the luckiest guy in the world.
