Saturday Club Road Ride
We’re heading west this weekend. Some of you may have taken this route while the rest of us were in Penticton last month.
Start from the small shopping complex at Hampton Terrace. We ride south and west from there, over to the circuit used by the Alex Stieda Road Race.

Velocity Track Session
Fantastic turn out last week for our track session! We might need to open up the second set of track bikes if interest continues to grow – which I hope it does!
Join us on Monday from 5-7 pm for some drills and fitness building.

EMCC Tuesday Night Racing
This week the Masters event is a 20km TT staged from the Olympiette Centre.

Wednesday Hill Circuit
Our circuit starts at 6:30pm from Hawrelak Park. Expect about 2 hours of some hard hill riding. Last week we accumulated about 450m of climbing
