Strava Events has our Weekend Ride Maps

The Club’s Strava Events holds our suggested maps for the weekend rides. Please remember, even if it’s not raining, but lightning is in the area, ABA insurance rules dictate we must cancel a ride. Watch the club Twitter feed for official cancellations.

Saturday departs from The Grange Save-On-Foods parking lot at 10am. Head down through Nighthawk and towards Devon.

The Sunday Ride meets at 10am in the Spruce Grove Tri-Lesiure Centre parking lot for the loop north through Glory Hills.

With Crits at Castrol next week, there will not be an official Tuesday City Hill Circuit. Ride the circuit on your own, or come on out to Castrol to watch or race.

Thursdays still hold the Threshold Intervals at 6:30pm from Tim Hortons on The Garrison.

Life is short, but long enough to enjoy your ride!
