When the AQHI as published by Environment Canada is >= 8, club rides will be CANCELLED.
When the forecast is 7, we might ride, but it will be cut short and kept to an easy Zone 1-2 pace to minimize your exposure to poor air quality.
Of course, please use your own discretion for any lower AQHI forecasts, because poor quality affects us all a bit differently.
