AGM and Club Party on November 4
Ticket sales for the club party CLOSE on THURSDAY – so we can get the order sorted out on Friday.
Please get your tickets now and let’s sit down together this Saturday to reminisce about this past year and dream about the coming year! $10 per person and $25 per family (3+ people).
The evening will start at 6pm with our AGM (about 30mins) and then the Chianti buffet meal will be served. Drinks will be sold separately at the event.
At the Annual General Meeting, we will:
- Approve the financial statements.
- Elect our President and Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Executive positions are held for terms of 2 to 3 years.
Our current Secretary, Dave Watson, is willing to let his name stand again as Secretary.
