Would you like to ride on the closed urban circuit that the 2023 Elite Road Nationals will be using? Then consider entering the Edmonton Urban Fondo taking place Sunday morning, June 25th. There are 32km, 64km and 107km options to consider.
Organizers are offering a special Alta Classe package for those who want to take their experience to the next level. This package includes exclusive access to the start line area with a special call up, post race food, a commemorative jersey, and water bottle. Please note that the early bird pricing ends on March 31st, and the deadline for the Alta Classe is April 21st.
If riding the fondo isn’t for you, maybe volunteering is? Making these types of cycling events possible simply can’t happen without volunteers! If any of you are interested in volunteering, please let the organizers know using the link below.

Junior Road and MTB Camp
Petrina Tulissi, our ABA provincial coach, has organized a Junior (under 18) road and MTB camp in Bragg Creek on April 29.
It’s open to every athlete regardless of experience, under the age of 18. Athletes will choose to do road or mountain and will be split in to ability based groups. The morning will be spent on some skills. There will be a group lunch. Then the afternoon will be a longer ride working on things at speed.
The coaches for this project are Olympian Leah Kirchman, former National Team athlete Kinley Gibson, Saskatchewan Coach Brad Clifford, Petrina and others to be confirmed. It’s guaranteed that riders will ride away having learned something new and having made new friends.
The deadline to submit an application is April 1st. CLICK HERE, fill in the form and EMAIL it to Petrina.
The only cost is the mid-day lunch for each rider.
