September 20 Club Ride
Where: Staging from the far east end of 167 Avenue, just above The Quarry Golf Course. No Coach Kevin today!
When: 10am – This is our departure time. Please arrive about 15 minutes before
What: About 80kms, starting with a ride across the new footbridge across the North Saskatchewan River. Here’s the Strava Route Link: VCC September 20 Route
How: Please download the ride route. With no Coach Kevin today, please split into 2 pace groups and ensure a ride leader in each has the route downloaded. Don’t leave anyone behind on the course unless they explicitly tell you that they’re fine to finish on their own.

Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
Always carry your ID.
If any mishap happens to you or another rider in your group:
- Ensure you are safely off the road.
- Call 911
- Station a rider to direct traffic away from the scene.
- While waiting for 911 help to arrive, administer any first aid you know that will help.
- Send a cyclist for help if necessary, or to direct emergency services to the site.
