Last Official Weekend of Club Activities for 2022
We’re wrapping up the season this Saturday at 12:30pm with a social lunch in club President Ed Heacock’s backyard.
Yes, we did say we were going to try Hawrelak Park for this, but Ed and Mary will be making homemade chili for us all and serve it in the backyard of their new house, which is literally across the back alley from their old house.
Vegetarian and meat versions of chili will be available for all members and family at no cost. Please use the sign-up form on the Event Page by about 6pm Friday to let us know you’re coming, and to tell us which chili you prefer.
Also, as this will be held outdoors, limited seating will be available. If you’d like to make sure you can sit down to eat, please bring your own lawn/camp chair. Full location details are on the Event Page:
Annual General Meeting
The 2022 Velocity Cycling Club AGM will be a virtual meeting on November 28 at 7:00 pm. More details to follow including agenda and positions to be filled.
2023 Penticton Riding Camp
Start blocking your time off work to join us next April and get a proper start to your riding season! We’ll be planning to ride the week of April 22 to the 30th. More details will be coming, but get your work holiday requests in now!
