This is a fully-built rear track wheel with a clincher rim and 14-16 tooth cogs. However, this unit does not work. But it does work when components from wheel 2 (separate listing) are swapped in. Search eBay and you could find the same electronics to swap in and make this a fully functioning Power Meter for your track bike.
