Velocity End of 2024 Season Party – Update

Ticket sales will be closing down in about a week, in order to get final attendance numbers for our caterer, A Capella Catering. Check your calendars now: Friday, November 29 at 6pm at the Belgravia Community League Hall. The AGM will start about 6:30, and the dinner will be served around 7pm. $10/person and $25/family. Tickets will only be sold online at Zone4.ca.

Our AGM shouldn’t run on too long. Here are its main agenda items:

1. Treasurer’s Report.
2. Elect members to the Board of Directors:
   1. President: Brad Streadwick (2nd year)
   2. Creation Of Past President role: Ed Heacock has agreed to fill
   3. Vice-President: Nikoo Najand (Up for election, looking for candidates)
   4. Treasurer: Paul Ermantrout (Up for election – Paul will let his name stand)
   5. Secretary: Dave Watson (2nd year)
   6. Director: Al Pearson (Up for election- Josh Ogilvie nominated)
   7. Director: Kaileb Torrie (2nd year)
   8. Director: Allan Plesniarski (2nd year)
3. Fill Contributing Member Roles:
   1. BMX Representative: Josh Ogilvie
   2. MTB Representative: [Role Vacant]
   3. Volunteer Coordinator: [Role Vacant]
   4. Equipment Manager: [Role Vacant]
   5. Social Coordinator: [Role Vacant]
