AGM Update

A big round of applause goes out to Nikoo, as she has now completed a final “gap” year serving as your VP.
Coming in new this year to serve us as VP is our resident long distance diesel engine Arneil Delasan.
Finally, a special thanks goes to Curt Roper who handled all the banquet organization for us this year. A Capella catered another great meal for us … and did most of the dishwashing too!
Velodrome Programming
The club’s weekly Wednesday sessions will continue until December 17. Then there will be a 2 week break for the holiday season. Weekly sessions will re-start on January 7.
Please log into your Alberta Velodrome account and check for your session sign-ups before you sign up for more sessions with us. Some members end up signing up twice for the same session, which decreases the number of available slots for others. I can go in and delete the double-entries, but it’s a bit of a hassle to do that.
If you are looking for a slot and can’t get in, send me a message and I’ll see if there are any double entries I can remove. Likewise, if you know you won’t make it to a particular session, please send me a message ASAP so I can open up your reservation for someone else to fill.

2026 Penticton Camp Dates
Mark your calendars now for our annual spring riding camp in the beautiful Okanagan Valley: April 26 to May 2. April 25 and May 3rd are the usual travel days that bookend the trip.
