2026 Casino Fundraiser – Final Volunteer Push
1 Week to Go — We Still Need 9 Volunteers
First, thank you to everyone who has already stepped up to volunteer. Your support makes a huge difference for the club.
With your help we’ve filled many of the roles — but with less than one week until Day 1, we still have 9 shifts to fill:
- 3 volunteers needed for Day 1 (March 10) – Evening Alternate General Manager, Evening Cashier, Evening Countroom
- 6 volunteers needed for Day 2 (March 11) – Evening Alternate General Manager, Daytime Cashier, Evening Banker, 2x Evening Cashiers, Evening Chip Runner
This fundraiser brings in nearly $80,000 for the club and is the main reason we can:
- Keep membership fees among the lowest in the city
- Rent velodrome time for our track sessions
- Offer programs and reimburse race fees for members
In short: two days of volunteering helps fund the next two years of club activity.
If you haven’t signed up yet, now is the time to step in and claim one of the remaining shifts.
And if you’re already volunteering on one of the days, please take another look at the signup sheet. If your same role is still open on the other day and your schedule allows, consider filling that spot too.
We should have enough members that no one needs to work both days — but we certainly appreciate anyone who is willing to do so.
As a reminder:
- No experience is required
- You just need to be 18 or older
- Our Casino Advisors will walk you through everything when you arrive
