Thursday Night Threshold Intervals

Don’t count on Coach Kevin tonight. I’ll probably be busy packing for my upcoming trip to Penticton.
Starting from the Tim Hortons at the Edmonton Garrison.
We loop basically north, warming up on less-traveled roads, to reach Sunnyside Road from its south end. Then it’ll be individual 4x 6min, paced at your 40km ITT effort. We’ll re-trace our circuit back to the Garrison.
TT bikes are encouraged, as long as you don’t ride in your “skis” during our group ride to the intervals.
You will be self-timing your 6min efforts, so please bring a bike computer configured to display lap times. It’ll make tracking your workout much easier.
