Happy New Year!! The time for New Year’s Resolutions is here which means it’s probably a perfect time to start getting on your bike a little more regularly!
Thanks to a little bit of fresh snow on the ground, our first XC Ski evening will be next week Tuesday, so mark it on your calendar and plan to come out to Gold Bar Park for a causal hour of skiing that’s suitable for experienced and new skiers!
Besides, that, everything is as normal for the new year. Remember, if you are interested in getting out (or rather, in) a little more this week, make sure you check (or post) which rides you’ll be doing on Zwift to meet up with other club members.
Lastly, Aerobic Power, the gym where we do out Indoor Training workouts are going on strong! If you’ve signed up for these are and are unable to attend, please remember to post these on the swap board so that other members can attend.
