Fall Rides: Velothon Alberta, Roger’s Harvest Ride, and the DV100

Wow, and just like that the Fall is nearly upon us! Besides the eminent arrival of Cyclocross season, for those of your skinny tire lovers, it also means some great road rides are nearly upon us that aren’t a part of the ABA Calendar. Whether you want to treat them as a race or just a ride, these are some great events to take part in as a part of the club!

Each of these rides will also be posted in our Weekly Update, but isn’t it nice to have them all in one place?

September 3, 2016 – DV100 Pre-Ride

They will also have a middle 70KM distance if you prefer not to do the full 100KM that day. There will also be a support vehicle to assist anyone who may need assistance. Showers and change rooms are available at the Omniplex. The practice ride will start at 10:30AM at the Drayton Valley Omniplex .

Afterwards you are invited to hang out and watch the finish of Tour of Alberta as the pros race into Drayton Valley from Rocky Mountain House.
