Weekly Update: August 2-7

Start Alberta

#CrossisComing!!! Yup, your heard it. Now that we are into August, the CX season is just around the corner, so we’ve replaced our regular Thursday rise with … CYCLOCROSS THURSDAYS!!!!!!!!! (Where we teach you not to fall on your face like Joey). Cyclocross Thursdays will meet at Velocity Cycle and then treat you to a fun-filled skills and endurance ride in the River Valley. No previous CX experience required and if you don’t have a CX bike, feel free to bring your MTB! These will also replace the Weekly MTB rides.

In case you didn’t notice, we are also putting a team or two together for the Team Time Trial Provincial Championships on August 28. We already have enough people signed up for one full team, but wouldn’t it be great if we could do two?

Lastly, it’s out monthly meeting tonight, so if you are interested in begin involved in the clubs inner workings, please come out and join us!
