The first Urban Hills Night was a success!

We are back with another week of the Wednesday Learn to Ride Clinics! Again, if you are a new cyclist or in need of a brush up on your group riding skills, these are the perfect opportunity to do so. In addition to that, we are kicking off out Casual Saturday Rides. If you are looking for something a little shorter and easier than the regular club ride, these are the ones for you!

Our first Urban Hills night was a hit, so we will add those into the regular ride rotation every second Tuesday. This week we are back to Colchester for sprint night.

Note that Coach Michael will be gone this week, but all the club rides will still operate as usual thanks to the help of other club members.

Lastly, the City of Edmonton is still recruiting people to do a focus group on cycling on April 21st from 6:00-8:00pm. If you are available, this is a great opportunity to represent our cycling community.

Sunday, April 24: Spring Series Race #2

The Spring Series races are a great opportunity to test out your fitness, give racing a try, and have fun. For all the details please see the race flyer.

Please note that this means that we will not be having our Sunday Group rides for the next few weeks. However, you are strongly encouraged to ride out to the race and we will meet at Colchester School at 12:15pm if you want to ride out with the club.

Not interested in racing? The Spring Series is still looking for volunteers. While not hosted by our club, it’s still a great chance to give back to the cycling community.  Remember, no volunteers, no races! You can sign up here.
